Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. The service
Sendvela provides email deliverability monitoring: reputation tracking, authentication checks, warmup scheduling, inbox placement measurement, and alerting. The service observes your sending infrastructure; it does not send your production email and is not an email service provider.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to monitor every domain, MTA, and ESP account you connect.
- You are responsible for the legality of the email you send, including compliance with applicable anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalents).
- You must keep your credentials confidential and rotate them if compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Sendvela to improve the deliverability of unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or malware distribution, to probe infrastructure you do not control, or to attempt to bypass the SSRF and credential protections built into the service. We may suspend tenants that use the platform to facilitate abuse.
4. No deliverability guarantee
Sendvela measures and reports; mailbox providers make the final placement decision. Scores, checks, and warmup schedules are informational and do not guarantee inbox placement for any campaign.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". Monitoring may be interrupted by maintenance, provider API changes, or DNS propagation delays. Alerts are best-effort and are not a substitute for your own operational monitoring.
6. Data and privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendvela and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost revenue from email placement decisions made by mailbox providers — arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced through the dashboard; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
